Dream Job is a documentary by Nermin Hamzagić, an unemployed film and theatre director from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the country where the number of the unemployed is 547.393, and it is increasing constantly. Nermin looks for the young people, who in spite of these horrifying figures, have not given up their dreams. In a society with no perspective, where 60% of young people have no jobs, Miljana Prodan, a Serb language and literature professor from Višegrad, Amel Mukača, an economy student from Fojnica, and Merima Lepić, an actress from Sarajevo, fight for their right to live their dreams.
